Fall Equinox Yoga Celebration

There is a moment each September when the season begins to turn.

The days soften. The evenings arrive a little sooner. Gardens begin offering their final harvests, leaves prepare to fall, and nature reminds us that letting go is part of the rhythm too.

Join us at Soulscape for a two-hour Fall Equinox celebration created around balance, gratitude, harvest and release.

We’ll move through a grounding seasonal yoga practice, settle into meditation and sound bath, reflect on what this year has grown within us, and participate in a simple harvest and release ritual.

Afterward, we’ll gather around an autumn harvest table filled with warm soup, fresh bread, apple cider, seasonal fruits and apple crisp while creating a collective Gratitude conversation and oracle reading.

You’ll also leave with a small autumn gift to carry the intention of the evening home with you.
