Aerial Flow Yoga

Step into the hammock and discover a new way to move.

Aerial Flow Yoga builds on the foundations of beginner aerial practice and introduces smooth, graceful transitions that allow the body to move with ease and support. Using the hammock as both a prop and partner, this series blends strength, balance, and fluid movement to create a practice that feels uplifting, empowering, and playful.

Throughout the four weeks, we will explore flowing aerial sequences, build core and upper-body strength, and gently expand into inversions and supported stretches. Each class will close with a deeply relaxing floating savasana, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to fully integrate the practice.

This series is designed for students who have completed a beginner aerial series or have some familiarity with the hammock.

Expect to leave each class feeling lighter, stronger, and more confident in the air.
