As autumn deepens, nature reminds us that transformation begins with release. The leaves do not cling to what they have been—and neither must we.

This one-hour Aerial Sound Bath is an invitation to enter the quieter, more mysterious side of the season: a space for letting go, meeting your shadows with curiosity, and making room for what is ready to emerge.

Supported by the aerial hammock, we’ll begin with intentional breathwork to settle the nervous system and turn our awareness inward. From there, you’ll be guided through a meditation inspired by autumn, shadow work, and transformation, gently exploring what you may be ready to acknowledge, release, or reclaim.

You’ll be surrounded by the resonant tones of the sound bowls, allowing sound and stillness to carry you deeper into rest and reflection.
