Settle into the quiet warmth of November with a deeply restful Aerial Sound Bath created around the season’s themes of thankfulness, community, and giving.

During this one-hour experience, you’ll be supported by the aerial hammock in gentle, restorative shapes designed to help release tension and allow your body to soften. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork, move into a peaceful guided meditation, and close with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

This is an invitation to pause during a busy season, receive the support around you, and reconnect with gratitude—for your body, your breath, and the community gathered beside you.

Choose an aerial spot for the hammock-supported experience or a floor spot to rest comfortably beneath the sound. Drop-ins are welcome; advance registration is encouraged because aerial spaces are limited.
