Fall Equinox Yoga & Sound Journey

As the light and dark find perfect balance, so too can we. Join us for a grounding and heart-opening practice that honors the turning of the seasons. Through mindful movement, balancing postures, and deep breath, we’ll release the energy of summer and welcome the stillness of fall.

Class will begin with a Mabon Oracle one card Oracle reading with Sheryl and include fall inspired refreshments and treats. We will close with a restful sound bath and guided meditation to help you root into gratitude, find inner harmony, and set intentions for the season ahead.

No experience needed—this class is open to all levels.
