About the event
Fall Restorative Reset is a four-week Monday evening series built around fully supported poses, quiet breathing, and the simple practice of not carrying everything at once.
We will begin with permission to pause, learn how support changes a shape, explore receiving rest without earning it, and finish with small meditation practices. No flexibility or yoga experience is needed.
