Family Yoga

Summer Family Yoga is a playful and heart-centered class designed to bring families together through movement, laughter, and connection. Through creative yoga poses, partner activities, mindful games, and moments of relaxation, families will explore movement in a fun and supportive environment. This class encourages teamwork, communication, confidence, and quality time away from the distractions of everyday life.

Whether you’re a parent and child, grandparent and grandchild, aunt, uncle, or caregiver, you’ll enjoy a joyful experience that nurtures both body and spirit. No yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to move, play, and connect.

Recommended for ages 5 and up.
