November full Beaver moon invites us to strengthen our roots and settle into calm before the season of stillness. Join us for a grounding yoga experience designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and anchor your energy as we move into winter’s quiet rhythm.

We’ll begin with gentle, earthy yoga postures and deep, steady breathwork to awaken stability within the body. As you settle into stillness, allow the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding tones to wash over you in a restorative sound bath—balancing your energy and nurturing a sense of peace from the inside out.

Come to rest, release, and realign under the nurturing light of the full moon.
