Full Hunters Moon & Sound Bath

There is something about an autumn full moon that asks us to look a little closer at what has been hiding in the shadows.

The Full Hunter’s Moon arrives as the season grows darker—a threshold between what we have gathered and what we are finally ready to leave behind. This evening is an invitation to step into that mystery and explore the quiet transformation happening beneath the surface.

We’ll begin with an intentional yoga practice, using movement and breath to ground into the body while exploring themes of release, courage, and letting go. As the practice softens, we’ll move into a guided meditation inspired by shadow work—not to push away the parts of ourselves we would rather avoid, but to meet them with curiosity and make space for what they may be trying to show us.
