Through gentle movement, meditation, and guided reflection, we’ll shed the heaviness of what no longer serves—old fears, patterns, or stories that have dimmed our inner flame. Together, we will breathe in clarity and breathe out resistance, allowing the crisp autumn air to cleanse and renew.
