As the days grow shorter and we turn inward, this soulful class invites you to move with mindfulness and gratitude. Through gentle, intentional flow, breathwork, and reflection, we’ll awaken the body and open the heart—creating space to receive and to give thanks.

Each sequence becomes a moving meditation, guiding you to notice the small blessings that sustain you—the warmth of your breath, the strength of your body, the support beneath your feet. Class closes with a guided gratitude meditation. All levels welcome.
