As winter softens and spring begins to stir, we gather at the sacred point of balance—where light and dark meet, and new beginnings are quietly planted.

This Spring Equinox Yoga Ceremony is a two-hour, experience designed to help you release the heaviness of winter, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and gently awaken what’s ready to grow. Through intentional movement, guided meditation, sound healing, and oracle reflection, you’ll be supported in creating space for clarity, renewal, and balance.

We’ll begin by arriving slowly—grounding the body and setting intentions for the season ahead. A collective oracle reading will offer insight and reflection, a guided meditation to plant seeds of intention. We’ll also move through a gentle, heart-opening yoga flow inspired by the energy of spring—balancing effort and ease, strength and softness.
