The Summer Solstice marks a time of abundance, growth, vitality, and light. As the sun reaches its peak, we invite you to pause, reflect on how far you've come, and set intentions for the season ahead.

During this special celebration, you'll enjoy a gentle all-levels yoga practice, guided meditation, crystal singing bowl sound bath, and a Summer Solstice intention ritual designed to help you reconnect with your inner light. Following our practice, we'll gather in community to create a beautiful flower petal mandala and/or sun-inspired keepsake as a symbolic reminder of your intentions and the energy you wish to cultivate this summer.

Your evening also includes summer-inspired refreshments and a special seasonal gift to take home.
