Valentines Day Couples Yoga

This Valentine’s Day, step out of the rush and into presence — together.

This 90-minute couples experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect through shared movement, mindful touch, and intentional ritual. You’ll be guided through gentle partner yoga poses designed to build trust and ease, a nurturing couples massage exchange, a chocolate meditation ritual to awaken the senses, and a heart-centered eye-gazing meditation that invites deeper presence without words.

No yoga experience is required.

No flexibility or performance is expected.

Only a willingness to arrive, breathe, and be together.

We’ll move at a spacious, supportive pace in a warm, candlelit atmosphere, offering choice and consent every step of the way. Laughter is welcome. Stillness is honored. Connection unfolds naturally.
