Join us for a tranquil and transformative evening as we honor the longest night of the year with a special Winter Solstice Candlelight Yoga class. The Winter Solstice is a time of stillness and introspection, a moment to release what no longer serves you and set new intentions for the season ahead. During this class, we’ll begin with grounding breathwork and a mindful yoga flow to open the body, followed by the peaceful vibrations of a sound bath to calm the mind and restore balance.
